Autoimmune symptoms disappeared

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition in my late twenties and had daily symptoms for years. I got serious about prayer, community, and forgiveness in a season the Lord led me into. My last two rounds of labs came back completely normal. My rheumatologist has no explanation.
