Guidance on a career decision

I have been at my current job for six years and I love the people, but the growth has stopped. Two months ago I started interviewing, mostly to see what was out there. Now I have two real offers in front of me and I have to decide by Friday. One pays a lot more but the commute is brutal and the culture feels off when I visit. The other pays about the same as I make now, but the team feels like family and the work is closer to what I actually want to be doing long-term. My wife and I have talked it to death. I do not want to just pick the one that looks good on paper. I want the one God is actually opening for us. Please pray for clear direction — the kind you cannot mistake — and for peace once the decision is made. I will trust Him with whichever door stays open.
