Where keys go

Super administrators enter credentials once under Integrations in the admin area. Existing values are masked; you only ever re-enter a secret when you are changing it.

The services

Each service is optional — the related feature simply stays off until it is configured.

• Messaging provider — sends text and WhatsApp messages for intake and reminders.
• Email provider — transactional email such as confirmations and reminders.
• WhatsApp Business — receives incoming requests from WhatsApp.
• Bot protection — keeps automated submissions out of public forms.
• Payments — card payments for advertising and store items.

Getting the values

The Integrations page shows step-by-step instructions for each provider, including exactly which screen in that provider's own dashboard holds each value.
